ITC Holding, LLC invest in Gro-Eco™
The eco-friendly aspects and future potential of the Gro-Eco™ Growing System has resulted in an investment in the company by a group led by one of the Southeast’s top equity investment companies, ITC Holding, LLC. Unique in their 110 year tradition of ethical stewardship, ITC Company partners with entrepreneurs whom have unique ideas, strong management teams and demonstrated ability to achieve long term return to shareholders.
The innovation of the Gro-Eco™ Growing System is an excellent example of entrepreneur leadership within an industry. Jay Fraleigh is leading the way by providing growers with environmentally sound growing practices and delivering an eco-friendly product to the end consumer.
The investment by the ITC group will allow Gro-Eco to expand the Gro-Eco™ Growing System to more acreage immediately. Fraleigh Nursery plans to transition over 100 acres to the new Gro-Eco Growing System in 2008. The expansion will allow us to provide more retailers with Gro-Eco Plants immediately.
